I hereby acknowledge and confirm that I was acquainted by the staff of Cyklopoint Čutkovská Dolina with the character, style and manner of driving on entrusted equipment.

I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to ride on the entrusted vehicle and I am not aware of any circumstances that would prevent my participation in the ride. I acknowledge that improper or risky handling of the entrusted equipment as a result of self-caused, caused by other users or other circumstances that are not known yet may lead to self-injury and injury of other road users, or lead to property damage.

By accepting of disclaimer, I acknowledge all risks and take full responsibility for injuries and property damages of any origin. I further agree I will not demand under no circumstances any compensation of injuries or damages of any origin from non-profit organization Liptovský Cyklistický Spolok which were caused by my voluntary participation in the ride on the entrusted equipment.

Donor hereby confirms that he/she has been acquainted with the operation of the entrusted equipment. In the event of theft or damage to the entrusted item, he/she undertakes to pay the full amount of the repair costs, or the residual price.
