Donovaly

The village of Donovaly is located in a large mountain saddle in altitude 960 m. Its territory extends into Nízke Tatry National Park, Veľká Fatra National park from north-west and into protection zones of water supply area in Jergaly. Village consists of six original settlements (Donovaly, Bully, Polianka, Mistríky, Mišúty, Hanesy, Sliačany) and four large tourist sites. Donovaly belongs to most important tourist resorts in the region. There is extensive investment to complete and improve infrastructure. Donovaly location is great starting point for hiking and cycling adventures, but it is also area for relax and refreshment or fun for kids and adults.
